Additional services are available from the Balby Court team to support all your business requirements, such as office cleaning and IT support.

Business Rates will be applicable directly from the Doncaster MBC, however small businesses may be able to apply for Small Business Rates Relief.

On-Site Building & Facilities Management

Buildings and facilities management on site each weekday to ensure any issues arising are rectified quickly. The building is cleaned daily with the grounds maintained periodically as required, dependant on the season.

Office Cleaning Available

As part of the on-site building & facilities team, Balby Court can assist tenants with cleaning and tidying offices on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis as requested. Additional charges applicable.

IT Support

An onsite IT Support team is available with a 4 hour response time. They can offer a variety of different service options tailor made to suit your business needs, whether you need supplementary support to complement your existing set up or a complete overhaul.
